Parliament organises an exhibition of photographs as part of marking the International Children's Day
On the occasion of the International Children's Day – 20 November, the building of the Parliament will be marked to celebrate this important international date. As part of the mentioned event, an exhibition of photographs in the format of 3D books will be set up on the plateau in front of the Parliament. The exhibition setting contains a selection of photographs from ten previous sittings of the Children's Parliament, as well as of the eight-year long parliamentary educational program of the Democracy Workshops.
These are projects which, with their significance and values, contribute to the affirmation of the principle of transparency of the work of the Parliament of Montenegro. During ten sittings of the Children's Parliament, over 600 children participated from all over Montenegro, posing questions about possible solutions to their problems to elected representatives of the people and representatives of the executive branch.
On the other hand, over the past eight years, over 30,000 children and young people have participated in the Democracy Workshops.
We invite all interested citizens to visit the exhibition, with mandatory compliance with the prescribed measures.
